02 — Chairman's message
A note on why this business exists and how it intends to operate.
I have spent most of my working life building companies across Hong Kong, Korea and, for the last several years, Dubai. In every one of them, the hardest part was never finding the opportunity — it was making sure the people on the other side of a deal could trust that it would close the way it was promised.
The Settlement Bridge exists because I watched too many good buyers lose good properties for a reason that had nothing to do with the property itself — their money simply couldn't arrive in the form or on the date a closing required. That is a solvable problem, and solving it properly means building the controls first and the growth second.
We are asking counterparties to trust us with something as serious as their capital before we have a long track record to point to. The only honest way to earn that is to be transparent about what is built, what is still in progress, and what we will and will not do with anyone's money. That is the standard this group holds itself to, here and in every business we run.
03 — Licensing & regulatory status
Stated plainly, because it matters more here than almost anywhere else on this site.
The group is working with licensing counsel to determine and pursue the correct trade licence and any applicable financial-services approval for a settlement-coordination business in the UAE.
No client funds, mandates or transaction instructions are accepted until the relevant licences and approvals are in place — regardless of how advanced any individual enquiry may be.
The specific licensing authority, licence type and registration number will be published on this page as soon as they are issued — not before.
This section will be updated the moment there is a confirmed licence to report. Until then, treat any claim of current licensing as incorrect.
04 — Partners & network
The Settlement Bridge relies on regulated banks, escrow agents, law firms and developers for the parts of a file that must sit with a licensed third party. Named partners will appear here once agreements are signed.
